Constructed for professional electrical applications, the STANLEY® FATMAX® VDE Narrow Diagonal Pliers – 160mm feature a 1,000V rated handle, and are compliant to EN60900, IEC/CEI900 and VDE0689 safety standards. The bi-material handle design with secure grip grooving provides excellent comfort, grip and control, while the interlocking joint assembly enables smooth cutting. The cutting jaws have been designed at an angle to the handles, allowing the user to cut close to the surface with the hand clear of any obstructions. Individually tested to 10,000V, these robust pliers ensure safe live line working to 1,000V. Forged from heat-treated high chrome steel for exceptional durability and long product life, they are equipped with hand-ground, induction hardened blades for outstanding accuracy and strength, and feature a varnish coating for excellent corrosion resistance.
