Return Policy
Types of Returns Accepted
A return or exchange may be requested if any of the following situations occur:
The delivered item does not match what was ordered
(e.g., wrong size, wrong model, incorrect item, wrong product displayed).The delivered item is incomplete
(missing spare parts, accessories, or components).The item was delivered to you by mistake
(wrong delivery).The item does not meet expectations or quality standards
(poor quality).The item arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following requirements must be met:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Items that are worn, damaged, washed, altered, or used in any way will not be accepted.
Returns sent directly to us without prior approval will not be processed.
Do not send your return to the address printed on the package, as this may delay or prevent processing.
Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.
(This includes both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.)
Return / Exchange / Claim Procedure
Contact Customer Service

Tracking Number
Item(s) you want to return
Reason for return (from the list above)
You will receive a response within 72 hours.
Prepare the Return
After receiving instructions from our team, pack the item(s) securely with all original packaging.Return Processing
Once we receive the returned package and it is inspected and approved by Rawad Al Sashath Trading, we will proceed with either a refund or replacement, depending on the case.Refund Timeline
Most returns are processed within 10–12 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
