4. ERRORS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for products listed with incorrect pricing or inaccurate information, even after an order has been placed. If an error is identified after your order is submitted, we may either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
5. TRADE RULES
5.1 Price and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Payments for orders placed on our website may be made using the following approved methods:

All transactions are processed securely in accordance with applicable payment regulations.
5.2 Shipping & Delivery
Rawad Al Sashath Trading dispatches all orders from a central warehouse located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock availability, at our discretion.
We make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Friday and Saturday are not considered working days.

5.3 Title and Risk of Loss
Once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery shall be deemed complete, and all risks of loss or damage shall transfer to the buyer. Any claims related to damage occurring during transit must be raised directly with the carrier.
Claims against Rawad Al Sashath Trading for shortages or damages that occurred prior to dispatch must be submitted within five (5) days of receiving the goods and must include the original delivery or transport documentation signed by the carrier confirming the condition of the goods.
Notwithstanding the transfer of risk, ownership and title of the goods shall remain with Rawad Al Sashath Trading until full payment has been received, including any deferred payments, interest, or applicable charges. The buyer agrees to take all necessary actions to protect and uphold this ownership right.
5.4 Return of Products
Products may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for free return shipping, where applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Products that are defective, damaged, or non-conforming may be exchanged within seven (7) days of delivery. Upon inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund.
If replacement is not possible, refunds will be processed directly to the customer’s bank account after completion of the Return & Refund Process. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy section for detailed procedures.

Rawad Al Sashath Trading shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to:
Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes
Civil unrest, war, terrorism, or acts of hostility
Fire, flood, storm, earthquake, epidemic, or other natural disasters
Disruptions to transportation or logistics services
Failures in public or private telecommunications networks
Government actions, laws, regulations, or restrictions
During the continuation of a Force Majeure event, our contractual obligations shall be suspended, and the time for performance will be extended accordingly. We will take all reasonable steps to resolve the situation and resume fulfillment of our obligations as soon as practicable.
